In 2008, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) launched ULaMM or Unit Layanan Modal Mikro, a micro finance capital units to provide financing solution for micro business segment. As of June 2012, ULaMM operated in 580 units of micro services, consist of 477 units of ULaMM offices, 22 branch offices, 5 sub branch offices, 76 cluster offices and operated in 2,247 Districts in 22 province all over Indonesia. As of June 2012, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), through ULaMM was financed Rp2.55 trillion, increase 14% from December 2011 amounting to Rp2.2 trillion.

Marketing Training Program (MTP)
Requirements:

• Male / female
• Minimal D3 from all majors
• Maximum age 32 years old
• Preferably have experience min 1 (one) year as a sales / marketing in micro finance or micro-finance institutions (BPR, cooperatives and Multi Finance) and has a customer base
• Mastering in the local language and local culture
• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and orientation of the target
• Physically Healthy and never involved drugs and / or other unlawful
• Having motor vehicles (SIM C)

Manager Unit (MU)
Requirements:

• Age max 35 years old
• Min: S1/D3 from all majors
• Min 3 years experience as Head in micro-credit Micro Banking Unit or Micro Finance Institutions (BPR / Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil / Credit Unions).
• Mastering in the local language / culture
• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and target orientation
• Able-bodied and have never been involved in drugs and / or other unlawful
• Have customer base and vehicles (SIM C)

Marketing Unit (MKU)
Requirements:

• Male / female, and unmarried with maximum age 25 years old
• Minimal D3 from all majors with a minimum GPA 2.75
• Mastering in the local language and local culture
• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and target orientation
• Able-bodied and have never been involved in drugs and / or other unlawful
• Willing to undergo a bond period specified
• Willing to follow the training and education program in Makassar
