RBWM owns the responsibility of building customer experience in Personal Banking, Cards, and Personal Loans by ensuring high quality standard services as part of the Customer Satisfaction through integration of Branches, Remote Banking Services, and Electronic Channels. The team members are expected to work as a team from product proposition, sales and service quality, until the supporting units to leverage the customers' contact channels through prompt and knowledgeable responses and solution with opportunities to identify sales the ends to the business profitability.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of:

Relationship Manager HSBC Retail Banking Wealth Management
Semarang (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will responsible to establish and grow valuable long term relationship with HSBC Premier customers and to maximize business opportunities from other customer segments in order to contribute to growing consumer banking business

Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
  • Has 2 - 5 years working experience in retail banking sales or relationship management
  • Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Hold investment and insurance accreditation, such as Waperd and AAJI
  • Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (Microsoft Office). Conversant in Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales driven with service culture
  • Has commercial acumen, marketing orientation, pleasant personality, demonstrate high degree of credibility and integrity
  • Able to work with team
