Join our team as:

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Financial Statement for management, Government (MOF) and Home Office purposes
  • Provide analysis on the Balance Sheet and Income Statement and Financial Snapshot
  • Investment, Budgeting and Capital Plan
  • Comply and reconcile all financial reporting with Local and International Standard.
  • Ensure accounting performance to avoid any major audit adjustment at the end of the year
  • Controller for Finance, Collection, Reinsurance/Treaty and Operation which related to Finance & Accounting purpose
  • Manage and supervise the account receivable / account Payable collections from the partners, which include banks, brokers, insurance companies, Reinsurance Company, agents etc, and while at the same time, maintain a strong relationship between them
  • Assist and preparation of audit documentations for Internal Audit and External Audit and other tasks as from time to time allocated by Management and Boards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 8 years experience (preferably in general insurance industry)
  • Having experience in KAP would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting & Tax

Client Development
Responsibilities:
  • To retain clients (especially the big client) until the year ahead
  • To maintain and improve operational service
  • To strengthen the cooperative relationship between the client/broker with Avrist
  • To maintain our position as best life insurance in Employee Benefit business that we get from broker association
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any major with minimum 5 years experience in financial institution especially insurance industry
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in the same function/position
  • Having good communication skill & presentation skill
  • Ability to speak & write English fluently
  • Willing to travel within Indonesia
