PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is an Indonesian largest automotive-based company. The Company was established in 2003 and as a restructuring program of PT Toyota Astra Motor into 2 companies, namely PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia and PT Toyota-Astra Motor. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia operates with major business are as assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and also spare parts manufacturer. TMMIN operates as joint venture company between Toyota Motor Corporation with 95% shares and PT Astra International Tbk with 5% shares. TMMIN is based in Jakarta and operates 2 manufacturing plants in Sunter Jakarta and Karawang West Java with production capacity 100,000 units per year. During the first semester of 2012, Toyota production rose 79.25% to 79,161 units from 44,000 units in the first semester of 2010.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Accounting, Psychology, Economic, International Relation, and Law with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
  • Max age 27 years old
  • Respond to challenge and KAIZEN mind
  • Strong involvement in organizational activities
  • Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
  • High Initiative with good analysis and teamwork
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

TOYOTA NEDP (D3)
(New Employee Development Program)
Requirements :
  • Diploma (D3) majoring in Electro Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Accounting, and Management with GPA > 2,75 (scale of 4.00)
  • Strong involvement in organizational activities
  • Preferably of age are max. 25 years old
  • Computer literate, min. MS office
  • Fluent in English both oral and written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
  • Having high willingness to learn
  • High Initiative with good analysis and teamwork
