Recruitment Staff
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, between age 22-30 years old, Master Degree (S2) majoring in Psychology / Psychology Profession
  • Thorough, honest, diligent and flexible.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Multitasking.
  • Communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure of deadlines and the demands of work
  • Computer literate Ms. Office especially Excel
  • Knowledge of psychological tools and interpretation of psychological test results.
  • Knowledge creation psikogram.
  • Knowledge-Based Behavioral Interview techniques
  • Preferably have experience as a recruitment least at 1 year
Teller
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, between age 20-25 years old, Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
  • Having experience min. 3 years as a bank teller, preferably have experience as a teller at the BCA
  • Able to speak English well and computer literate Ms. Office
Necessary skills (Soft Skills / Hard Skills):
  • Ability clerical
  • Skills in recognizing counterfeit money
  • Skills in recognizing money mutilation
  • Spry, charming, enthusiastic, friendly and conscientious

Customer Service
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, between age 20-25 years old, Diploma Degree (D3) in any major
  • Have at least 3 years experience as a Customer Service Bank, preferably have experience as a Customer Service at BCA
  • Able to speak English well and computer literate Ms. Office
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking products.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism for Commercial Banks.
Necessary skills (Soft Skills / Hard Skills)
  • Communicative
  • Having the ability to persuade
  • Look attractive
  • Spry, charming, enthusiastic, friendly and conscientious
Officer Pengembangan Produk Pembiayaan Dana & Jasa
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old, Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
  • Have the ability to think logically and analytically.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Have the ability to interpersonal relationships, negotiation and communication. Dynamic, innovative, and energetic.
  • Having a basic knowledge of Islamic banking and finance procedures
  • Work experience at least 5 (five) years experience in banking or at least 3 years in the field of product development, preferably have experience working in the field of Islamic banking or have been trained in Islamic banking
