- Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in the construction business
- Experience in sales and/or application consulting in the construction business or construction material supply or in a similar industrial sector
- Customer orientation - Service and sales oriented
- Cost and Result orientation
- Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
- Team work - Able to work with and in a multicultural team
- Self-starter & self motivated
- Able to maintain professional interaction with customers
- Knowledge of the local market or connections to regional construction businesses would be an asset
- Willing to Travel across country
- Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint)
Customer Promoter Coordinator
- Minimum Master Degree from any discipline.
- Prior experience on Customer behavior and Project Management.
- Business process understanding and proven experience for System enhancement.
- Proficient with microsoft Office(word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent analysis, problem solving, leadership skill and strong customer orientation minded.
