POD & Invoicing Management
Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
  • To input the Proof Of Delivery from All Subcontractor (31 subcontractor) either delivery to domestic or Export to know the cycle of delivery already finish and as bill of lading for Accounting of Marketing.
  • Making the list of recapitulation of freight cost from all subcontractor either deliver to Direct Sales, Warehouse, Export and Material especially Clay. This job will be sign by Superintendent Logistic Cilacap and as input to accounting to know how many should be pay by company to carrier per month. Check of the report from Cashier the cash flow and trip money for driver which have used per day. This job to ensure the report of cashier already correct and give to Management of cash flow in Jamsotek that the report is correct and as guidance for them to transfer the cash flow. To ensure sufficient funds are available to cover daily operational activities of delivery from Wahana.
  • Checking the bill from Contractor are correct to get approval from Superintendent Logistic and as input for accounting to pay
Requirements:
  • Graduate from Banking or Accounting Academy
  • One Year in current position
  • Minimum 5 years in Logistic Department especially in Administration of Proof Delivery
  • Ms. Excel and Power Point : Intermediate Level, SAP
  • Good in English both oral or written

Inter-Intra Based Controller
Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
  • This position to operate Logistics Control Room for outbound & inbound cement, clinker & also other materials for operation at all plant and warehouses/silos, to keep plant operation are running well and to ensure satisfaction of both external & internal customers by delivering the best services through real time information.
  • Maintenance Logistics operational tools (IPAC, Web Transporter, a part of GPS).
Requirements:
  • Diploma Degree of Management or equivalent
  • One Year in current position
  • Min 2 Years experaince in Logistic Area
  • Ms. Excel and Power Point : Intermediate Level, SAP
  • Good in English both oral or written
