- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate will be conasidered
- Applicants must be willing to work in Narogong Bogor.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

- Good command in English both oral & written is a must
- A strong customer focus minded.

- Independent, discipline, with adequate analytical skills.
- Highly attentive to detail, ability to do multi – task job, as well as problem and complaint solving.
- Ability to perform in time-pressures and shifting working hours to meet deadlines.
RMX (Ready Mix Concrete) – Project Liaison Team Leader
- Bachelor degree from engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
- Preferably 2 years experience in Cement, Concrete, and high rise construction or 2 years experience of managing Batching Plant Operation/ Customer Service & Sales in construction industry
- Proficient with Ms.Office, SAP SD & CDS, Lotus notes and Internet will be advantage
- Good command of spoken & written english
- Strong analytical, innovative, effective problem solving skill, and customer focus oriented.
- Excellent communication skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
- Basic mapping area knowledge (location, plant location, Competitor plant etc)
- Good interpersonal skill, ability to create and maintain effective coordination with other related department as well as
- maintain relationship with all level of staff at jobsite
- Willing to travel within Indonesia
- Own driving license
