Formerly was known as Kompas Online, which provided the Internet edition of the Kompas Daily newspaper. Towards the end of 1997 the management decided that a separate entity was required to focus solely on Internet related business, and hence Kompas Cyber Media was incorporated. The company not only offers advertising opportunities to local companies, but also can provide services such as creative design, production, web applications, a payment facility, Internet consulting and web maintenance.

Web Designer (Code : WD)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (any background not only Communication Visual Design)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Web Designer
  • Excellent in Visual User Experience and User Interface (UX & UI)
  • Excellent in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good understanding in Web 2.0, HTML, and CSS
  • Good in Flash Motion and Actionscript
  • Demonstrates proficiency in creating new ideas/concept
  • Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
Assistant Editor For Kompas Health (Code: ASS HEALTH)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
  • Interest and have minimal 4-5 years experience in writing about health
  • Have general knowledge and interest in online journalism
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Must have smartphone or notebook with internet connectivity
  • Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule, investigate, proactive, fast learner and challenger
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Assistant Editor For Kompas Business & Finance (Code: ASS BUSFIN)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
  • Interest and have minimal 4-5 years experience in writing about business, finance, and economics
  • Have general knowledge and interest in online journalism
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Must have smartphone or notebook with internet connectivity
  • Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule, investigate, proactive, fast learner and challenger
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
