In intention to increase non-oil and gas export, in 1985 Government of Indonesia founded PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (ASEI) with main business in insurance and guarantees to support non-oil and gas export development stipulated in Government Act No. 20 in 1983. Different from other general insurance organization, ASEI has special product that covers exporter's and bank's risks which are payment default risk. Export Working Capital Loan disbursed by banks or export transaction from importer directly to exporter are being insured. Along with the changes in business climate that highly competitive, ASEI continues to diversify and modify the products within the class business of Export Credit Insurance, Credit Insurance/Guarantees, and General Insurance in order to support clients' business.

Underwriting Non Marine (Head Office)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university (GPA min 3.00)
• Preferable experience in Insurance Industrywith min 2 years experience.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• High integrity, initiatives and self motivated person
• Good analytical skills and detail oriented
• Good personality, positive attitude and team player
• Good computer knowledge and application

Supporting Underwriting
Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree All Major (preferable Insurance Major) from reputable university
• Knowing CARE System
• Good command in English will be advantage
• Good personality, positive attitude and team player
• No Smoking

HR Manager

Requirements:

• Male, preferred maximum age 40 years old
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Psychology /Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline from reputable university
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with people of all ages
• Preferable having min. 7 years experiences in Human Resources Area
• Relevant experience in Insurance Industries is a definite advantage
• Possesses strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
• Fluent in english both oral and written
