Human Resource Staff
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the HR dept
- Performing routine clerical duties including the processing of mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures
- Providing all document for recruitment process
- Hiring Candidate into HR database
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management, Psychology
- Required skill(s): SAP HR Module
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Human Resource Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
- Identify training and development opportunities
- Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
- Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
- Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act.
- Organize the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits when positions are transferred or new positions are funded through contribution agreements and other special funding arrangements.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources.
- Have a SAP HR Module knowledge
