SCM Planner
Responsibilities:
  • Drive monthly demand process (Integrated Business Sales Plan) and ensure the accuracy of the demand planning forecast
  • Continuous control for optimum inventory level and exclusion of aging/slow moving stock
  • Drives regular communication with Sales & Marketing on a regular basis demand planning meeting to capture business changes affecting the demand plan
  • Secure stock availability in time for better delivery and reduced sales opportunity loss
  • Participation in cross-functional S&OP(Sales and Operation Planning) meetings (Planning, Marketing, Sales)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial),statistic or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain Management, including a strong familiarity with demand planning concepts, MRP principles, and statistical analysis
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong verbal and communication skills , self starter with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated SAP experience is strongly desired
  • Advance MS Excel skill
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Planner Administration Support
Responsibilities:
  • Filing document, Chasing document, Document Submission to Impex & F/U, Maintain KPI, Coordinate with FA for invoice settlement, GR-IR monitoring, PO, shipment & invoice monitoring, Control balance stock interplant, Reporting anaylisis
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in english
  • 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.
