Citibank - Recruitment Modeling Analyst & HR Internship Credit Operation

Modeling Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with product manager/program manager/risk manager/marketing to identify business opportunities and create innovation
  • Understanding the dynamic of the portfolio and the impact of the campaign
  • Develop and implement models
  • Providing recommendations to improve profitability and customer loyalty
  • Tracking and evaluating key performance for model effectiveness
  • Understanding the impact of cross sell activity and develop cross sell campaign activity in coordination with DM colleagues and other related units
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Macro Programming, SAS, Database Administrator.
  • Preferred skill(s): Excel, Words, Power Point.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent presentation skills

Human Resources Internship Credit Operation
Responsibilities:
  • To manage project related to process improvement in Human Resources unit (Credit Operation Project).
  • Produce accurate, high quality and timely daily (BAU) and ad-hoc Reports (MIS), Analytics and Data requests for Human Resources Department (Regarding with Credit Operation)
  • Compile and prepare presentations for Human Resources Dept (HRRM)
  • Actively involved in process / reporting improvement projects of Human Resources
Requirements:
  • Preferably female candidates.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Contract position(s) for 6 months available.
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills (Expert in all excel formula).
  • High interests in Management Reporting / MIS / database and planning for Human Resources
  • Highly analytical with eyes and passion for details.
  • Good people skills.
  • Fluent in English.
