Procurement Sourcing Manager – Real Estate (Code : CFO122-3)
  • Manage Request from user
  • Preparing tender process
  • Preparing analytic report on vendor's Proposal
  • Review and negotiate contracts/proposals, identifying opportunities and risk
  • Develop and maintain productive vendor relationship
  • Arrange performance review with key vendors and user to evaluate vendor performance
  • Perform analysis of vendor spend data
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Work experience min. 5 years as Procurement Manager (preferably in Banking industries)
  • Able to have social relationship with both internal and external parties
  • Having good negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in using computer based Office tools (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Good Team Player

Officer Development Program Trainee – Treasury Capital Market
  • This is a 3 month-fast track program which will provide the incumbents with a combination of in-class and on-the-job training. The program will provide trade finance facility, credit, risk and selling knowledge.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree, Minimum GPA 3.0 (of 4.0)
  • Overseas graduates are welcome
  • Maximum age of 28
  • Fresh Graduate or professional from related area (maximum 2 years of working experience) are welcome
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Good level of English proficiency (spoken) is preferably
  • Willing to travel
Learning Solution & Technology Head
  • Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
  • Significant experience in learning modules development and training program delivery
  • Having exposures with Knowledge Management practices
  • Having minimum 8 years experience in Learning and/or Development area
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Department Head
  • Training consultancy background will be an advantage
  • Having strong communication skills and a team player
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
