PT Indonesia Comnets Plus, aprospective Telecommunication Company with a vision to be Leading provider of network-centric ICT solutions in Indonesia by utilizing unique strategic assets, anda subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero), is creating a Shared Serviced Center (SSC), an accountable entity within a multi-unit organization tasked with supplying the business unit, respective divisions and departments with specialized services (finance& accounting, HR Transactions, IT services, Customer service) on the basis of a service level agreement (SLA). So we’re looking for qualified candidates who are creative and innovative, and are willing to answer the challenges of building a high performance team that will lead towards business excellence.

Information Technology Manager
Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • Max 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge in in IT infrastructure, IT operation and maintenance, IT development or IT design
  • Familiar with software & hardware
  • Understanding the concepts of programming and IT Architecture, and Networking technologies
  • Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Creative and innovative
  • Hard working, highly motivatedand able to work underpressure
Human Resource Officer
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management, preferably in Recruitment function
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
  • Possess of SAP Cerfification are preferred
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Creative and innovative
  • Hard working, highly motivated and able to work underpressure

Human Resource Manager
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management, preferably in Recruitment function
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
  • Possess of SAP Cerfification are preferred

Requirements:
  • Male or Female, max 35 years old
  • Min 4 years of job experience in relevant position
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree(S1), in Psychology (Possess Master in Psychology are preferred), Industrial Engineering or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management, preferably in Organization Development function
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English both Oral & writing Score (TOEFL certification from reliable institutions (min score PBT (450) / IBT (45) /IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 500)
  • Possess of SAP Cerfification are preferred
