In Indonesia, Pepsi was produced by PT Prima Cahaya Indobeverage, factory in Purwakarta, West Java. The company is a joint-venture between PepsiCo United States with Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Indonesia. Currently PT Prima Cahaya Indobeverage produce Pepsi-Cola beverages Pepsi, 7 Up, Mirinda, Gatorade, Tropicana Twister, and Fruitamin Tekita. HR Supervisor
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Maximum 32 years old
  • Required skill(s): microsoft office, labor law, industrial relation, general administrations, human resources system, training & development, recruitment and placement.
  • Good communication & personality
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.

Payroll Supervisor
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Others or equivalent.
  • Age Maximum 35 yeras old
  • Required skill(s): payroll administration, microsoft office & reporting, have a good knowledge about Pph21, Jamsostek and Government regulation,
  • Carefull & having experience to work with numerical data.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

HR Division Manager
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Others, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Male; Maximum 45 years old of age
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a good understanding of HR functions; training & people development, compensation & benefit, jamsostek, recruitment and placement, preparation of key performance indicator (KPI) & performance analysis (PA), preparation job description, understanding in genereal affair (GA), industrial relations, understanding & emplementation UU no.13 2013 (ketenagakerjaan)
  • able to operate computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude
  • Having experience managing min 300 wokers in a company
  • Fluent in english (spoken & written)
  • Preferably Senior Managers/Divison Managers.

Administration Staff (GA)
Requirements
