Your role as Compensation and Benefits (C+B) Analyst at Caterpillar will allow you the opportunity to provide services to internal customers in a variety of areas. Some of those areas include compensation, benefits, relocation and job evaluation. You will be assigned to a specific area of focus, which will result in you improving your knowledge and skills of that topic and growing your overall knowledge of Caterpillar.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing fundamental quantitative analysis, communication support, data collection/maintenance and data management by solving low-to-moderately complex problems
  • Learning and assisting other C+B Professionals to gain an understanding of one or several C+B sub-functions, like compensation administration, incentive administration, benefits administration, relocation administration and job evaluation
  • Learning and developing skills which result from the practical application of basic analytical knowledge
  • Providing assistance on a project or to others in the work group
  • Payroll processing

Required Qualifications:
  • Requires a university degree or certification that is equivalent
  • Requires self-starting, good analytical skills, good practical judgment, interpersonal skills and the ability to complete multiple jobs and to meet deadlines
  • Requires 2 – 4 years working experience as specialist HR in compensation and benefits or related experience
