Recruitment Officer – Temporary
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and screening talents, both internal and external applicants
  • Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary HR interview processes
  • Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, from HR Interviews to Offering Session
  • Processing incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank
Requirements:
  • Ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university
  • Having minimum 1 year working experience in recruitment area, preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience
  • Excellent English communication skills is a must
  • Proven high computer skills
  • Core & Leadership Competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Planning & Executing.

Procurement Admin
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all Database contract information that required in to the contract system
  • Prepare the upload process in to system
  • Responsible for Flow of Contract signed
  • Work closely with other procurement function in regard to handling issues or concerns with pertaining to contract document signed
  • Accountable by ensuring the amount in CAS and Contract correctly .
  • Assigned with project Contract
  • Continuously improve and maintain the skill and knowledge of Procurement team across CCBI business. Continuously improve and provide support for National Office and Jakarta Operations team in doing the process of Sign Contract.
  • To be responsible for managing correct data between CAS and Document signed.
Requirements:
  • Ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :
  • Min. D3 (experience as Admin will be better, procurement will be much better)
  • Familiar using MS Office ( Excel & Word)
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent English communication skills is a must
  • Core & Leadership Competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Planning & Executing.
  • Willing to be placed at Pondok Indah
