The establishment of Angkasa Pura Retail is part of Angkasa Pura Aiport I main goal, which is a significant increase in income, especially from non-aeronautical. As a subsidiary company, Angkasa Pura Retail business will focus strategically on retail sales and marketing services. The target is to achieve high income from sales of Duty Free, Duty Paid, Food & Beverages, and from marketing services, marketing Communication, Graphic Design, Media Placement & Buying, and event activation. In order to strengthen Angkasa Pura I future business structure integrating the Reposition and Reconstruction Concept, the company had successfully launched five subsidiaries; Angkasa Pura activation.

Sales Assistant
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): inventory and stock management, selling skills, marketing, sales activities, Administration Duties.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Hard worker, commitment, good communication, good looking.
  • No work experience required.

Sales Area Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): ms. excel, administration duties, marketing activities coordination, motivation skill, leadership and mentoring, Inventory And Stock Management.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Business Development Support - F&B Division
Job Descriptions:
  • Providing general administrative support when required.
  • Help SM Business Development and member of F&B Division when required.
  • Maintaining F&B database of projects, proposal texts, contractors, and partners.
  • Periodically reviewing the bidding process.
  • Working with members of F&B Division to prepare budgets and work-plans.
  • Formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance with client stupulations.
  • Gather and generate data reports from in-house systems and database.
  • Doing identification and inventory of product.
  • Maintaining sales reconciliation. 

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ms. excel, inventory and stock management, logistic and warehouse management, Analysis Of Variance, Administration Duties.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
