SQ Service Analyst & Reporting Officer - Head Office (Kode : SQ Officer)
Role Description
  • Collecting Data from other units and develop all report performance from SQ Division
  • Monitor the Service Team score card, Service Team Cross Selling Achievement , Service Team Performance , Service reward & recognition
  • Review and analyze the service performance for SQ Branches Needed
  • Manage all measurement projects / programs
  • Develop presentation material for SQ Service Report Performance
  • Maintain all SQ data (Performance, Measurement, Achievement, and etc) 7. As Project Main Member in each event
Requirement


  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • Candidates must have min 3 years experience in reporting and analysis
  • Strong capability in Compiling – Maintaining Data and Analyst
  • Excellent in Excel, Good in Power Point and MIS, Average in Design Graphis
  • A Team player with matured attitude and excellent interpersonal - communication skills and ability to deal with people from all levels in a professional way
  • A self starter with high quality concern and customer satisfaction oriented
  • High motivation and detail oriented
  • Creative and proactive
  • Able to work in fast-changing environment, pressure and tight timeline with passion
  • Good in negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
