Job Descriptions
  • To achieve of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and or sales value.
  • Effective alignment regarding product availability in customer level with Pull team
  • Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at customer
  • Implement standard of UFS selling skill and chefmanship skill
  • Build strong relationship with customer and distributor
  • Manages Distributor sales force routes and customers and distributors by meeting, reviewing routes, in order to achieve sales target, availability, market share and ensure territorial integrity in his assigned area
  • Manages and develops sales professionals and distributors reporting to him by implementing policies and procedures, attending to their needs and concerns, conducting per-take off meetings, performance review, route riding, and in order to ensure that dealership program and human resources are developed to potentials and sales targets are met.

Assistant Brand Manager - Indonesia

Job Descriptions
  • Co-lead the development and implementation of the integrated Brand Marketing Plan to achieve short and long-term business ambition.
  • Accountable for brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand’s performance on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly).
  • Co-lead collaborative partnership between Marketing with other functions to deliver brand’s day to day operations.


Qualifications
  • Legally authrorized to work in Indonesia.
  • Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA > 3.00.
  • Having min 2 (two) years experience in Brand Management, preferably from Consumer Goods industry.
  • Excellent communication skill with high fluency English.
  • Possess great business acumen - understand the overall activities of marketing not only execution.
  • Experience in Project Management, with knowledge in customer marketing.
  • Has a leadership potential, with growth mindset, real accountability, action-driven, and able to multi-task while delivering result.

  1. General objective of the job
    • Sebagai Baker yang bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan UFS Bakery customer baik wholesaler maupun end users melalui demo product, meningkatkan pengetahuan Bakery bagi Sales Team.
  2. Reguler/Routine duties (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
    • Daily: Develop UFS customers (wholesaler / operator) melalui demo product atau menu ideation
    • Monthly: 1. Develop Internal UFS Team (CD) melalui Bakery training.
    • Monthly report ke Line Manager (Executive Chef).
    • Monthly meeting dengan CD team (ASM) untuk membahas review & plan sales
    • Quarterly: Mengirimkan Quarterly Demo Plan ke Executive Chef.
