BSM Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

  • Availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in Sales and Marketing, meeting or exceeding the needs of the business as expressed through SLAs and global DAN’IS Governance principles.
  • Effective functional user support in Sales and Marketing based on internal SLA and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the alignment of the IS service delivery with the business strategy and drive the business to utilize competitive advantages through technology enabled processes for Sales and Marketing. Formalise in the masterplan.
  • Training to Key User and End Users
  • Challenging existing business practices and drive changes to technology enabled best practices in Sales and Marketing Area
  • Determining the Sales and Marketing environment for new applications / solutions in cooperation with Sr. BSM & IT
  • Contributing to the development of and aligning to the DAN’IS corporate standards
  • Key Point Of Contact for support and for specific projects between the Sales and Marketing and the relevant key stakeholders in the business.
  • Educate the business in the value of IS / constraints of IS
  • Responsible to ensure that the Sales and Marketing Area complies with existing laws, regulations, IS Governance Processes, and Internal Controls.
  • Participation in team Development & Coaching
  • Participating in overseeing IS projects decided in the Master Plan for the Sales and Marketing to successful conclusion.
  • Participation in manage internal and external suppliers and other resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Holds Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferably Post Graduate
  • At least 3 years of experience in the similar position within FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English & Indonesia
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (eg. Microsoft Excel, Power Point etc

Business Solution Analyst Mobile Application Support

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the Sales and Marketing domains are meeting or exceeding the needs of the business as expressed through SLAs and global DAN’IS Governance principles.
  • Effective functional user support in the Sales and Marketing domains based on internal SLA and KPIs
  • Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications for his/her domain and ensure applications documentation and users ownership.
  • Training to Key User and End Users
  • Identify opportunities for applications’ evolutions based on his/her analysis of existing applications efficiency and/or propose applications’ optimization actions to meet business needs and IS/IT standards.
  • Participate in projects / lead non-complex projects as decided in the Master Plan for the Operations - Sales and Marketing domains to successful conclusion
  • Contributing to the development of and aligning to the DAN’IS corporate standards

Digital Marketing Business Solution Analyst (BSA)

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Analyze key user business needs based on their business objective
  • Analyze business process and rules; do and dont's
  • Propose digital marketing solution and analyze it in various perspective (budget, time-line, resources, KPIs, pro and cons, risk, etc)
  • Present the solution and negotiate with all stake holders to get proposal approved
  • Execute the agreed proposal / plan with both internal and external partners
  • Supervising / monitoring / reporting before – ongoing – after project
  • Continues learning and improvement on digital marketing scope

Job Requirements:

  • Holds Bachelors Degree, Post Graduation especially in IT and Computer Science role, Informatics Engineering, System information, Management Informatics and preferred from a reputable University
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in developer vendors / agencies
  • Have experience in 2-3 years as software programmer or analyst, preferable in websites and mobile apps technology
  • Fresh graduate with “project” experience (side-job during in college)

  • Have a specific knowledge in General Information System (IS) + BSA knowledge, General information in Digital Marketing, mobile application and website development, and IT infrastructure

Sourcing Manager for Raw Material & Packaging

The main responsibilities is to contribute to and implement a best-practice operational purchasing resin, and safeguarding company’s interests at all times, such as conducting cost management, ensuring supply continuity, compliance with regulations, conducting professional relationship with suppliers

Job Description :

  • Meeting continuity supply at the right time, quality, quantity and competitive cost by actions of: sourcing of supplies, information on pre-qualified suppliers, decide to invite quotation and negotiation.
  • Searching market trend information and analyse demand pattern, develop and implement sourcing and supplier strategy, develop concept and idea generation.
  • Support the preparation for negotiation and assist manager to drive continuous performance improvement of supplier, monitor performance, capacity and capability suppliers in order continue to keep the speed, quality, cost leadership, security of supply, customer satisfaction, payment terms and other terms and conditions
  • To monitor competency development & performance coaching for subordinates includes their career planning to support the organization’s objectives
  • To manage & execute SHE programs in cooperation with SHE functions in order to ensure its implementation in compliance with policies and procedure
  • Analyzes and selects suppliers, as well as termination in coordination with sourcing director raw & pack
  • Processes to conclusion all disputed purchases of goods and services for the protection of the organization and with fairness to the supplier.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree, Post graduation preferred.
