PT Angkasa Pura Retail is subsidiaries of Angkasa Pura Airport I. The establishment of Angkasa Pura Retail is part of Angkasa Pura Aiport I main goal, which is a significant increase in income, especially from non-aeronautical. As a subsidiary company, Angkasa Pura Retail business will focus strategically on retail sales and marketing services. The target is to achieve high income from sales of Duty Free, Duty Paid, Food & Beverages, and from marketing services, marketing Communication, Graphic Design, Media Placement & Buying, and event activation. In order to strengthen Angkasa Pura I future business structure integrating the Reposition and Reconstruction Concept, the company had successfully launched five subsidiaries; Angkasa Pura activation.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, now we are seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging position:


Logistic (Freight Forwarder) Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

  • Review the environmental records of freight carriers to inform shipping decisions.
  • Calculate weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.
  • Recommend shipping solutions to minimize cost or environmental impacts.
  • Select shipment routes, based on nature of goods shipped, transit times, or security needs.
  • Determine efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another.
  • Reserve necessary space on ships, aircraft, trains, or trucks.
  • Arrange delivery or storage of goods at destinations.
  • Arrange for special transport of sensitive cargoes, such as livestock, food.
  • Complete shipping documentation, such as including bills of lading, packing lists, dock receipts, and certificates of origin.
  • Consolidate loads with a common destination to reduce costs to individual shippers.
  • Inform clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
  • Keep records of goods dispatched or received.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations, or other factors that could affect freight shipping.
  • Monitor or record locations of goods in transit.
  • Negotiate shipping rates with freight carriers.
  • Obtain or arrange cargo insurance.
  • Pay or arrange for payment of freight or insurance fees or other charges.
  • Recommend or arrange appropriate merchandise packing methods, according to climate, terrain, weight, nature of goods, or costs.
  • Verify adherence of documentation to customs, insurance, or regulatory requirements.
  • Clear goods through customs, arranging for applicable duties and taxes.
  • Complete customs paperwork.
  • Make arrangements with customs brokers to facilitate the passage of goods through customs.
  • Provide detailed port information to importers.
  • Analyze shipping routes to determine how to minimize environmental impact.
  • Consider environmental sustainability factors when determining merchandise packing methods.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): freight forwarding management, logistic arrangement, logistic control, administration activity, Freight Monitoring And Management.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
  • Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  • Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
  • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): accounting and financial analysis, accounting audit, accounting computing solutions, SAP System.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Project Officer (Food & Beverages Division)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Food & Beverage Services Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ms. excel, project co ordination and management, analytical, Administration Activity.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.

Store Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): management, leadership and managing, analytical analysis, selling skills, operation Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers.

Store Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): supervisory skill, team leader and motivator, reporting, analytical analysis, MS Office.
