Tech Sales Engineer Region 4 & Bali

Job Description:
To perform, develop and stabilize bulk sales volume in the assigned marketing area by:
  • Preparing of daily, monthly and yearly accurate, efficient and appropriate data in achieving sales target for customer in area of responsibility
  • Maintaining and expanding sales in his area (against target), including:
    • Provide support for Area Sales Coordinator
    • Coordination with Technical Marketing (TM) to conduct mix design for customers
  • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Education : Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably Civil Engineering
  • Specific know how at concrete application, precast application, fiber cement application, AAC application will be an advantages
  • Experience : 2-3 years of experience in technical of similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling building material products
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP
  • Language : Good command in English both spoken & written
  • Other qualification/skill:

Geocycle - Key Account Executive

Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities of Geocycle waste management services with targets as below detail:
  • Develop 50 - 70 % of total sales budgeted revenues and/or waste volumes from Geocycle customers, deliver and sustain sales target from key customers
  • Maintaining good relationship in B2B Business with Key Account Customers includes it key persons
  • Securing large account from key customers for next 2­3 years
  • Develop and create new business service opportunity in term of securing business for next 2­3 years
  • Seek  and  develop  innovative  solutions  for  customers,  to  improve  and  add  value  to  their  waste  management  practices, helping customers meet their environmental policies and goals
  • Develop partnerships with other services providers where possible to deliver better solutions to customers
  • Education : Minimum bachelor degree in science or engineering (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years experience’s in sales and marketing of services. Preference from Waste Management services
  • Experiences  in  waste  management  or  environmental  management  or hands on experience in dealing with hazardous and nonhazardous material
  • Field services or consulting project experience (in any area preferable in waste handling project)
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft Office  & Google Application
  • Language : Fluency spoken  and written English
  • Other qualification/skills : Strong account management & relationship building skill

Geocyle - Executive Sales & Marketing

Scope of works:
  • Responsible to contribute to the current sales targets (revenues and waste volume) of Geocycle waste management services and to support the waste management market development plan for Geocycle.
  • Generate sales through both sales penetration and securing share of wallets
  • Indentify, develop, and acquire newmarket for waste management service
  • Education : Minimum bachelor degree in science or engineering (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years experience’s in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing serving & developing new accounts
  • Experience in developing & managing waste service contract
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft Office  & Google Application
  • Language : Fluency spoken  and written English
  • Other qualification/skills : Excellent communication  skill – verbal & written
  • Sound marketing knowledge and consumer analysis
  • Knowledge on waste management business and  environmental & hazardous substances regulations
